Renew the mind. Restore the soul. Revive the spirit.

All Parts of You Matter

By:

Mind + Body + Soul + Spirit = YOU

You are a spirit that has a soul who lives in a body! Our body is the physical shell that carries us through life on earth. Our mind is part of our soul that houses our imagination, thoughts, beliefs and ability to learn, reason and make choices. Our soul is the essence of who we are including our mind, personality, feelings, emotions, desires, memories and free will. Our spirit is where the Holy Spirit resides once we accept Jesus as our Lord and savior. It is the innermost part of us that guides us as a child of God. Romans 8:14 states “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.”

When we try to heal our mental, emotional and physical entities without taking into account our soul wellness or spiritual health, it’s like attempting to bake a cake without one of the key ingredients. It may look like a cake after it’s done, but the texture will be off, and it just won’t taste right or satisfy. Take care of your SOUL WELLNESS through daily self-care and a closer walk with God, and the rest of YOU will follow!

🙏🏼PRAYER: Ask God to heal all aspects of your soul. Thank Him for His mercy and expect by faith a soul transformation and restoration that only He can provide.

📋CHALLENGE:
➡️Actively work on your soul wellness and spiritual health through positive thinking, daily gratitude, prayer, studying God’s word and surrendering.
➡️Notice mental and emotional changes when you give it all to God and accept His will and peace for your life.

📖 READ, REFLECT & RENEW:
-Psalms 23:3 ~ “He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.”
-1 Thessalonians 5:23 ~ “And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord.”
