Renew the mind. Restore the soul. Revive the spirit.

Christian Soul Care from A-Z

By:

We often attempt to fix everything in our life on our own without first tending to our soul wellness and spiritual needs. Wouldn’t life be SO much easier if only we’d go to God first and focus on healing our soul through the spiritual truth of God’s Word and guidance of the Holy Spirit?

✝️Use the Christian Soul Care A-Z list below as a guide toward nourishing your mind, body, soul and spirit on a daily basis as walking closer to God is truly where complete healing and lasting transformation can be found.

✝️Romans 12:2 states “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” We can only receive and experience this transformation and mental renewal when we set our eyes on the things above and humble ourselves to God’s Word and instruction.

🅰️Start with A on day 1 and move through the alphabet studying each thought behind the letter to grow spiritually which will have a positive soul impact!

1. In order to “Ask God for help” we must communicate with Him. Spend time in prayer asking God to give you His wisdom and understanding as you study His Word. Ask Him to make clear those areas where you need to surrender and tell Him what you hope and need to learn from Him.

2. Spend time in God’s Word. Look up Bible verses related to your letter. In the case of letter A, if we’re “asking God for help” then clearly we’re seeking Him and His help. Read scripture specific to “seeking God” where you’d soon discover when you seek God, you shall A) find him and B) be blessed! For example, see the below verses found related to seeking God:

  • Matthew 6:33 – But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
  • Jeremiah 29:13 – And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
  • Matthew 7:7-12 – Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you…
  • Deuteronomy 4:29 – But if from thence thou shalt seek the LORD thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.
  • Jeremiah 29:12-13 – Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you…

3. Finally, meditate on the promises and truths discovered during your study time. Pray to God asking Him to help you apply your newfound Godly wisdom to your life going forward.

🌟Continue to move through the alphabet going through those same steps from “B” all the way to “Z”.

🌟You can restart the list over at any time or jump straight to a letter that relates to your current life circumstances or struggles.
